Hello my lovelies! I am sorry for the lack of post yesterday, I haven’t been feeling 100% Today’s post is a update in my Mental Health Diaries series. So, be sure to read on to find out how I have been feeling this past week.
Thursday 28th March
Today I had a lesson with my driving instructor. I was apprehensive about it because it is currently my time of the month and I suffer a lot with pains (I am possibly going to write about this, so let me know if that is something you would want to read!). However, I got into the car and drove for the entire 90 minutes which was great. For the first 40 minutes, I drove with no guidance at all and I was incredibly proud of myself. We then decided that it was time for me to head onto the duel carriageway- which was something that I was quite excited for! Thankfully, I handled this well and kept under good control.
After this, I felt really positive and had a pep in my step. I think that this teamed with the lovely weather that we have been having in the South West at the moment always lifts one’s spirits. That is why I am so excited for Spring and Summer as it is so beneficial to my health. I want to get outside more and it definitely makes me want to eat a little healthier- which is definitely needed after my winter indulgences!

My new eyeshadow palettes from Revolution (which I discussed in this post) arrived yesterday and I am super excited to give them a proper trial! I have messed about with them a little but want to create some wearable, lovely looks to write a post on for you guys, so watch out for that in the coming week. So far, I am loving the shadows- they are really pigmented and super creamy which makes them amazingly blendable!
I’m also excited for this weekend as my boyfriend and I are going to a Pokemon event (we are a little bit nerdy haha!) and then out for dinner which will be lovely. This is because we have almost been together for a year now which is incredible! I can barely put up with myself so he deserves much more than a meal for doing that for 365 days. Also, I am looking forward to visiting the new Lush store too as they have just announced that they have some new products out to celebrate their 30th anniversary and they look stunning! As well, I’m hoping to have a mooch around Primark as they will hopefully have some really lovely Spring/Summer pieces in store which my wardrobe is definitely in need of!
I hope that you enjoyed hearing about my week’s plans and how I have been feeling these past few days. Don’t forget to follow me on social media (the links are on this page) to keep up with what I am up to!
Until next time,
Chantelle xx
